What benefits can I get as an SSE customer on SSE Reward?

SSE Reward offers our customers always-on benefits such as advance ticketing up to 48hrs before general sale for events at our sponsored venues The SSE Hydro in Glasgow and The SSE Arena, Wembley in London. Plus, access to exclusive customer lounges at the venues free of charge as well as access to the venues via a dedicated entrance.

SSE Reward members can also access exclusive offers and prize draws with money-can’t-buy prizes such as up close and personal gigs, access to artists’ soundchecks and meet & greets with some of your favourite acts!

I’m attending an event soon but I can’t find where to request an upgrade into the SSE Reward lounge on the SSE Reward website – how can I go about it?

Lounge bookings should be made at the point of purchase when buying tickets via ssereward.com (subject to availability).
If you are unable to do this or have already purchased your tickets, please speak to an SSE Energiser when you are at the venue (they’re easy to spot in their bright blue jackets) or visit the SSE Reward desk to check if there are lounge places available for the event you are attending.
If there are any spaces available, they are on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you arrive at the venue in plenty of time to make the most of your visit.

If there are lounge spaces available for a forthcoming event at the time when an SSE Reward ezine is being sent out, we will include details of that availability and you will be able to apply for a free upgrade through the form provided via the ezine.

I booked my tickets to an SSE venue before I was an SSE customer, so it wasn’t through SSE Reward – can I still request access to the SSE Reward lounge?

Please speak to an SSE Energiser (they’re easy to spot in their bright blue jackets) or visit the SSE Reward desk when you are at the venue to check if there are lounge places available for the event you are attending.

I’m an SSE customer and purchased my tickets through the SSE Reward presale – what entrance should I use to access the venue?

At The SSE Hydro, if you bought your tickets through the SSE Reward presale, you can bypass the main queues and enter via the dedicated SSE Reward door on the east side of the building (the side nearest the multi storey car park).

Tickets bought in a recent presale should indicate this on the ticket. Tickets purchased via the SSE Reward presale some time ago may not indicate this, but please take your ticket to the SSE Reward door.

At The SSE Arena, Wembley, if you have been successful in gaining an upgrade into the SSE Reward Lounge, you will receive information about how to enter the venue via the VIP Door. Otherwise, you should enter via the door indicated on your ticket.

Is there parking available for SSE Reward members?

At The SSE Hydro, there is a limited number of SSE Reward parking spaces available. These are offered to customers who have been successful in upgrading into the SSE Reward Lounge.

If spaces are available for a particular event, lounge attendees will receive an email with details in advance. In response to that email, places are on a first come, first served basis.

At The SSE Arena, Wembley, there is currently no SSE Reward parking available. Event-goers are encouraged to make use of the excellent public transport options in the area.

When do the presale tickets become available to purchase?

This will usually be up to 48 hours in advance of general release but may vary on occasion and is subject to availability.

I have not received my presale email – can I still buy tickets?

Please check your spam folder. However, you don't need your presale email to access presale tickets – the email only notifies you of the sale, it does not include any kind of access code. You can access presale tickets directly by logging onto ssereward.com.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Ticket allocations for The SSE Arena, Wembley and The SSE Hydro change on an event-by-event basis and are set by the promoter of the show, not SSE, OVO nor the venues, and limits will be outlined by the ticketing websites at point of purchase.

Do I have to be an existing SSE customer to register and purchase presale tickets for The SSE Arena, Wembley and The SSE Hydro?

Yes.

Do I need to be a gas or electricity customer to purchase presale tickets for The SSE Arena, Wembley or The SSE Hydro?

Not necessarily, you just need to be an existing SSE customer for any of our services. It's not limited to energy supply only, it could include the likes of telephone, broadband or home services.

Where can I find my SSE customer account number so I can register for SSE Reward?

You can find your account number by logging into your online account, on your e-billing email, or at the top of your bill

I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

Am I purchasing the tickets directly from SSE?

No – SSE is providing you with the opportunity to buy tickets in the presale, but your actual purchase will be from the official ticket partner of the venue. Therefore, tickets and liability for the tickets, remain with Ticketmaster® and AXS™. For more information visit..

What will happen if I cease to be an SSE customer?

We will close your SSE Reward account and you will no longer be able to purchase presale tickets to The SSE Arena, Wembley or The SSE Hydro via the SSE Reward site.

I’m an SSE Airtricity customer and used to get access to tickets for The SSE Arena, Belfast through SSE Reward. Why can’t I do that now?
