A. No, you just have to be an existing SSE, Scottish Hydro, SWALEC, Southern Electric, Atlantic or Airtricity customer for any of our products.
Q. How many tickets can I purchase?
A. Up to 10 for any act.
Q. When do the pre-sale tickets become available to purchase?
A. This will normally be up to 48 hours in advance of general release.
Q. Why have I not received an activation email?
A. During periods of heavy activity it can take up to 24 hours for this to be sent. If after 24 hours you still haven't received the activation email please contact customer support at email@example.com.
Q. What will happen if I cease to be a SSE, Scottish Hydro, SWALEC, Southern Electric, Atlantic or Airtricity customer?
A. We will close your account and you will no longer be able to purchase pre-sale tickets to The SSE Hydro via the SSE Reward site.
